The extensive catalog 1945 Liberation ... 1968 Occupation published by PHP remains to be not only documentation of the same titled exhibition which took place in Galerie Manes in recent months. Since it concentrates almost 300 extraordinary photographs from the moving historic events, the publication is also a spellbinding record of Czechoslovak history.

The Prague House of Photography (PHP) premises in Revolucni street in Prague are yet to be finished. Problems arising during reconstruction are being successfully solved and we are expecting that the new PHP premises will be opened by the end of this year. In the meantime, some of the exhibitions organized by PHP are being shown at other institutions.
